Yes. Tap the Exit button on the bottom-left of the screen from within a checklist to save your current progress and exit to the module screen.
You can pick up where you left off on the same device by selecting the checklist under the Started category.
Note that progress through a checklist is not synced between devices.
Please be aware that an organisation may disable use of the Exit button during certain steps of a checklist.
