There is only one reason why you cannot see the location(s) you expect in BrandM8.


  • Your BrandM8 setup may be incorrect. Each user is associated with one location or many locations. Setups depend upon whether:
    1. User information coming from a data feed from your company (typical with larger businesses - 100+ locations)
    2. User information comes from manual setups


In both cases, please report this to your business to investigate correcting access.


Occasionally users may have access to all locations, however they may have restricted functionality. For example, a user may be a Manager at Location A, but a Worker at Location B. Managers and Workers may be assigned different role functionality in BrandM8. Again, report this to your business.
