You've completed a checklist, and seen a retest get published. Except now it's not there. Here's what you can do to try to find it:
- Force the list of checklists to refresh by dragging down from the top of the list until you see the circle refresh icon, and letting go. You can also tap the blue refresh icon at the top-right of your screen.
- Make sure your device isn't in Offline Mode. An offline device can't be told about a retest by the server.
- Wait. Some retests do not appear instantly, and are set to appear after a set amount of time.
- Locate the checklist on Manage Live.
- Contact your organisation's support desk for help
