There may be several different reasons depending on the type email

Subscription Alerts

You may be subscribed to receive alerts in the case of certain (in)activity. You can select which emails you do and don't receive.

Non-Subscription Alerts

Similar to the above, you may receive alerts in case of certain (in)activity. These routine checks cannot be opted-in or -out of. The recipients are set by your organisation.

Checklist Messages

Certain checklists will send alerts or reports upon completion. These are coded into the checklists themselves and cannot be opted-in or -out of. The recipients are set by your organisation. Common examples of this are:

  •     Users receiving a summary of the checklist they just completed
  •     The store receiving a summary of a delivery checklist for their records
  •     An Area Manager receiving the report of an audit that has taken place at one of their locations.
